Where is the jewellery made?
Most of our jewellery is hand made in our James Street studio in Brisbane. We do have a few hand selected pieces that are made by reputable international suppliers and workshops. All custom-made jewellery is hand made in our James Street studio.
How do I figure out my ring size?
If you live in Brisbane, come visit us in store and we will happily size you! Otherwise, you can check out our ring size chart here. We also offer ring sizers for a small fee of $5 plus shipping. If you proceed with a purchase, we will refund you the full $5 plus shipping! Just remember, we can only make a sizing suggestion and it is ultimately your responsibility for determining your ring size.
My ring size and/or chain length isn’t listed. Can I still order it?

I’ve changed my mind and want to wear my ring on a different finger. Can I have it resized?
We are more than happy to resize your ring for you at a cost of $30 per ring plus shipping. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can guide you through the process.
I lost one of my earrings! Can I buy a single earring instead of a pair?
Definitely! Many of our earrings (e.g. studs, huggies and drops) are already sold individually. Otherwise, just send us an email at email@example.com and we’d love to help you out!
I love this piece! Does it come in a different material or stone?
If it's possible, we are happy to make a piece in a different material or stone. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your requirements and we will do our best to help you!
Can you use my own gems and/or gold to make one of your pieces?
Yes, we are happy to use your gems and/or gold to make one of our pieces. However, we will need to inspect the gems and/or gold before we agree to proceed. So just send us an email at email@example.com to discuss your requirements.
I really want to see one of your pieces in person. Do you have a store I can see it in?
Definitely! If you’re in Brisbane we’d love for you to visit us in store and have a play with our jewels! You can find us at our boutique: Andronis Jewellery + By Baby, Shop 8A, The Calile, 48 James Street, Queensland.

How long will it take for me to receive my new jewellery?
All domestic orders are sent via with Australia Post. So if you live in a metro area, you can expect your new real jewels to be with you in approximately 1 – 2 working days. For all other areas, please allow for an approximate delivery time of 2 – 3 working days. For international orders, please allow for an approximate delivery time of 8 – 10 working days. Is it safe to receive my new jewellery by post?
We get it, fine jewellery is extra special! So we want to make sure your special new jewels are delivered straight into those hot little hands safe and sound. That’s why we send all online orders via express post and require a signature on delivery. You’ll also receive tracking notifications so you know exactly where your item is at all stages of the delivery process!
If I purchased my new By Baby piece online, can I pick it up in store?
You sure can! In store collection is available from our Brisbane boutique - Andronis Jewellery + By Baby, Shop 8A, The Calile, 48 James Street, Fortitude Valley, Queensland.
I bought one of your pieces online as a gift and shipped it directly to them. Do you do gift wrapping and will they see the price of their new jewellery?
We'd love to gift wrap your purchase (free of charge!), so just let us know in the special instructions section at the checkout that you are purchasing the piece as a gift. You can also let us know if you would like us to include a short, extra special personalised message!
You can also request for us to leave out the invoice from the package. All the sale details are kept on our records if the purchase needs to be returned or exchanged.
