This one-of-a-kind ring was created in our James Street studio. There is only one in stock, and we may need to resize the piece to fit your chosen size before dispatching your item. Please refer to the ring description for this ring’s current size. If your size is 3-4 sizes smaller or larger, please allow up to 10 days for resizing. For resizing beyond this range, resizing may take up to 3-4 weeks.

We always do our best to complete your pieces as fast as possible. If you have an upcoming special occasion and require a shorter dispatch date please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your turnaround time.

Measure your finger

1. Wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string around your finger, exactly as you would like your ring to sit and feel.

2. Make sure that the paper or string is snug yet comfortable.

3. Using a pen, mark the paper or string at their point of connection.

4. Using a ruler, measure the length of your paper or string to the marking (in mm).

5. From this measurement, you will be able to use our chart below to find your AU ring size we use at By Baby!

Wearing fine jewellery shouldn’t just be for special occasions, which is why BY BABY jewellery is crafted with great care and skill, so you can wear your pieces as often as you like.

Wear & Care

To ensure the longevity of your ring, we recommend removing it during sleep, workouts, or playing sport. Although this ring is water-friendly, we don’t recommend you swim while wearing your emerald jewellery. If you do decide to wear your ring while swimming, please be mindful that your fingers may shrink when in cold water.

While you can wear your emerald ring every day, it’s important to remember emeralds are more delicate than other gems, requiring extra care. Avoid extreme temperature changes, like using a hot hand dryer after cold water. Keep your emerald ring away from chemicals, perfumes, hand creams, and chlorinated water. It’s best to remember emeralds, like all gemstones can be vulnerable to hard knocks, or being dropped on hard surfaces.

Cleaning

Like all gemstones, emeralds can become dull from daily wear. Regular professional cleaning is the key to maintaining their vibrant colour. In between professional cleans, you can gently polish your emerald using a lint-free lens or jewellery cloth. Do not use a homemade or store-bought jewellery cleaning solution on your emerald jewellery.

Complimentary Cleaning

We offer complimentary professional cleaning and polishing at our James Street workshop. Our workshop team will be able to assess your piece for wear and tear, check the settings of your gemstones, and if required, polish your jewellery.
