Designed and crafted by a masterful team, By Baby is beloved for creating everyday fine jewellery and one-off wonders. The flagship boutique, situated in the world-renowned Calile Hotel, is home to its in-house workshop and luxury piercing studio.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a professional and experienced Piercer to join our team and elevate the By Baby piercing experience.
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Piercer to become part of our luxury piercing studio. By Baby piercers are experts in their craft, dedicated to delivering a seamless, professional, and safe experience while guiding clients through the journey of selecting and curating their piercings.
Our ideal candidate is highly experienced, committed to upholding the highest standards of hygiene, and thrives in a luxury retail environment where customer experience is paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert body piercing services with precision and care.
- Offer guidance on jewellery selection, placement, and styling to enhance the client experience.
- Perform jewellery changes with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sterilisation standards at all times.
- Apply a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Assist in maintaining the boutique’s inviting atmosphere and luxury service standards.
- Work collaboratively with the By Baby team to create exceptional client experiences.
- Manage administrative tasks related to appointments, hygiene records, and client follow-ups.
- Work on the shop floor to assist with retail sales as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional body piercing using a needle.
- HLTINF005 (Maintain infection prevention for skin penetration treatments) certification.
- Current First Aid certification.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
- Enthusiastic, warm, and positive with a client-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
