The By Baby Sale is valid for 24 hours online and in store, from 10am Wednesday 15 July 2026 to 10am Thursday 16 July 2026 (AEST). The promotion applies online via our official website for the full 24-hour period, and in-store at our Brisbane, Queensland boutique during the boutique's normal trading hours within this window.

Availability
This promotion is strictly available while stocks last. No holds or backorders will be available for sold out items.

Exclusions
This offer is not valid on gift cards, custom pieces, or piercing service fees and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, promotional code, loyalty reward, or offer.

Returns & Exchanges
Purchases made during the promotion are not eligible for a refund. Returns will be accepted for store credit only, within 30 days of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with the ACL, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
