CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DATES
For delivery before December 25th, Australia Post recommends shipping items on the following days for majority of Australian cities. *This excludes items to SA, WA, Tas, and the NT.
Shipping to: QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT - Free Express Post: Friday 20th December by 1pm
Shipping to: SA, WA, TAS - Free Express Post : Tuesday 17th December by 1pm
Shipping to: Northern Territory - Free Express Post: Friday 13th December by 1pm
Many of our pieces are made to order, to ensure your order arrives for Christmas, please check the made to order timeframe listed underneath the add to cart button. If you have any questions, contact us.
We cannot guarantee that shipping your order on these dates will ensure it arrives before the 25th of December, so please leave ample time for your order to arrive.

PEAK PERIODS & SALES
Please note, during peak periods, sales, and Australian or Queensland public holidays, fulfilment may increase by up to 10 business days due to a high volume of orders received.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Please check individual product ship dates for an estimated timeframe (located just below the add to cart button). Keep in mind, some of our products are made to order.
While many of our pieces are made-to-order in our James Street studio, some will be sourced from our international partners. Therefore each piece may have a different production time. If you are ordering multiple items, please check the delivery estimate for each item as they may be different and the longest delivery estimate will apply.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Delivery
We ship all of our domestic orders with Free Express Shipping through Australia Post. Please note your shipping time does not include production or resizing durations. Each parcel sent will require a signature on delivery. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with an Australia Post tracking number.
