We offer complimentary professional cleaning and polishing at our James Street workshop. Our workshop team will be able to assess your piece for wear and tear, check the settings of your gemstones, and if required, polish your jewellery.

We want you to absolutely love your By Baby jewellery! If something isn't quite right, we allow easy refunds and exchanges within 30 days for unworn items in original packaging.
