Dispatch time

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 72 hours of purchase. Made-to-order will include an estimated production time on the product page. Please note, production lead times do not include shipping and delivery, which may vary based on your chosen shipping method.

Resizing

Some pieces may need to be resized before dispatch. Resize times vary by piece, please refer to the individual product description for details.

If you selected “Can't find your size? Choose me”, we'll reach out with available options within 24 hours.

Mixed orders

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, your order will ship together once all pieces are complete. If you'd like your ready-to-ship piece sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Special occasions

We always do our best to complete your pieces as quickly as possible. If you have an upcoming special occasion and need a shorter turnaround, please reach out, we'll do everything we can to accommodate.

Wearing fine jewellery shouldn’t just be for special occasions, which is why By Baby jewellery is crafted with great care and skill, so you can wear your pieces as often as you like.

Wear & Care

To ensure the longevity of your jewellery, we recommend removing it when you sleep, exercise or do any strenuous work (e.g. playing sport or moving house). Although this piece is water-friendly, it’s best to remove and store safely before swimming, especially in highly chlorinated pools. While sapphires are resilient, it’s best to remember they can be vulnerable to hard knocks, or being dropped on hard surfaces.

Cleaning

Like all gemstones, sapphires can become dull from daily wear. Regular professional cleaning is the key to maintaining their vibrant colour. In between professional cleans, you can gently polish your sapphire using a lint-free lens or jewellery cloth. Complimentary Cleaning

We offer complimentary professional cleaning and polishing at our James Street workshop. Our workshop team will be able to assess your piece for wear and tear, check the settings of your gemstones, and if required, polish your jewellery.
